Dr. Brega’s primary clinical interest is general neurosurgery, neuro-trauma, and critical care.  She shares the clinical service at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital with Dr. Kindt.  The Denver VA is a busy service covering an eight state region.  She is the Medical Director of the Stroke Program at University Hospital.   As Deputy Program Director of the Neurosurgery Residency Program, she is able to direct the teaching or residents to become future neurosurgeons.
